1.5 oz Privateer Silver Reserve Rum
3 oz Tomato juice
splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of horseradish sauce
Slice of lemon
(add a spalsh of tobasco sauce if you like a little kick)
Pour over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a celery stick and line the rim of the glass with celery salt.

1 oz apple brandy
1 oz sweet vermouth

Cubano Café
Our version of a Black Russian, but with rum. Very smooth. Our anise and herbal notes go very well with coffee liquors such as Kahlua.

Muddle rum, tarragon and cucumber in a shaker. Add ice. Shake well and strain into an old fashioned glass. Add light squeeze of lemon juice and top with club soda. Garnish with thin slice of cucumber and enjoy.

1 oz simple syrup (or fruit flavored syrup)
1 oz fresh red grapefruit juice + several slices
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
In a Collins glass, muddle the simple syrup, juice and rosemary. Add rum and then fill the glass with ice. Top off with club soda. Put grapefruit slices in the glass.
Hot Buttered Rum
Delicious on a cool fall or winter night.
2 oz Privateer Silver Reserve Rum
1 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoon brown sugar
5 oz boiling water
Mix all ingredients in a coffee mug and garnish with some freshly grated nutmeg or a stick of cinnamon.
Jen's Rumonade
Makes about 6 drinks.
.5 cup Privateer Silver Reserve Rum
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup sugar
2 sprigs of rosemary
chilled club soda or seltzer
Boil lemon juice, sugar and rosemary - stir until sugar dissolves, then simmer for 2 minutes. Discard rosemary sprigs and cool. Fill glasses with ice. Divide syrup mixture among glasses, add rum and top with club soda.
Latin Manhattan
Typically made with rye whiskey, we find that the dry, savory Privateer rum make an amazing variation of this old time classic cocktail.

1 cup crushed ice
one half lime, cut lengthwise into quarters and sliced 1/4" thick
1 tablespoon honey
Pour rum into rocks glass. Fill glass about 1/2 full of ice. Add lime slices and honey. Stir to blend.
